  1. Dear BC.Game Support, Moderators & Admin, I am escalating this publicly because my ticket has been completely ignored for 14+ days. Deposit Details: Amount: ₹5,000 Date & Time: 24-Nov-2025, 11:03 AM IST UPI Ref No: 392756640722 Recipient: Sereena Sulthan (sereena88480@iob) My Bank: Punjab National Bank (Payment 100% successful) Order ID: F-1849648644640825672 Ticket ID: 9491468 (Still showing Pending) Current Status on site: “Under Review – 7-Day Full Manual Credit” → 14 days ho chuke hain, 0 INR credited Screenshots attached: Paytm/UPI successful payment proof BC.Game deposit page showing “Under Review” This is clearly not normal. BC.Game deposits never take 7-14 days for “manual review”. If this ₹5,000 is not credited to my wallet within the next 24 hours, I will be forced to: File official complaint on cybercrime.gov.in Report to RBI Ombudsman for UPI fraud

Brother they don't reply on my ticket and not support and my deposit is pending my bank raised a chargeback and the marchant bank denied that we provide service of custmer then they suggest me compalint in cyber crime I am waiting only today and then file a complaint against reciever bank account.

(visible in screenshots) • Support Ticket ID : #9491468 • Actions taken : Already submitted “Speed Up the Deposit” + Manual Credit Request on 1 December 2025, but still no reply and no funds credited. All details attached on ticket I am not able to upload file please check this ticket or help me
