When will my VIP host be reinstated it’s been 8 months

I’m reaching out because I previously had a dedicated VIP Host for about two years, but I lost my host about eight months ago due to inactivity. Since then, I’ve been playing consistently again and putting in regular volume.

 

Given my long-running history on the platform, my prior VIP level, and the amount I’ve contributed over the years, I’m hoping to be reinstated with a new dedicated host. Having a host made my experience much smoother, and I’d really appreciate being connected with someone again so I can get the proper support, bonuses, and communication that come with my level of play.

 

Please let me know what steps I need to take or if there’s anything required from my end to get my VIP hosting restored. I’d really appreciate it.

I don’t think they will respond they took my host even with the wagered amount and blamed it on system error but my host even confirmed I had the required wager and I’m svip yet they haven’t fixed it yet. Plus my host submitted a ticket I submitted a ceo ticket and still no response from host or ceo and it’s still not fixed
